Excuse-moi pour mon Français.
après changment du lecteur dvd Philips MCD710/12
Âpre jouer quelques dvd, je remarquer que la vidéo gèle puis il répond plus aux commandes. Il faut le fermer (power off) puis le partir a nouveaux.
La gèle peux s'arrive au début ou bien plus tard. C’est ne pas sur la même point.
Je teste avec 5 dvd film commerciale puis je voix les mêmes problèmes.

Bonjour,
Avez-vous utilisé des bracelets de mise à la terre et respectez les protections ESD, afin d'éviter les dommages engendrés par les charges électrostatiques.

yes I have,.
the problem is that after changing it, it worked for about 54 min and then it started to lock the video. after opening and closing the tray, the LOAD will display and it will not load the dvd. after powering off the system, then it will load but it will lock the video in a different timings. I have tested this with several commercial dvd and they all do the same.
after locking for few times, now it will not even load the dvd any more. I have observed the laser and I can not see it starting at all (no light).
I do not know what more to do. at this point the laser unit will not start. I have replaced with the old one that was only able to read music cd, it will not power as well. so I think that the board is shot after several observed locking of the laser/picture.
